Clear Water Spring

Last holiday we visited this water spring. I was just returned from here when I blogged via handphone and showed you beautiful green farm area.

We have to jump over the water fall to swim in the clear fresh river...

Mini Becak at Bandung

If someday you visit Bandung in Indonesia, don't be hesitate to contact me! I will guide to explore my hometown as you wish. We love to spend time with our friends at weekends especially friends from out of Bandung. If they brought their children, we usually go for a horse riding. Kids loooove it very much!

There is also a mini becak near the horse riding area. The becak rider is so cool! Look at the picture, Clay was really having fun riding a mini becak...

Bali pictures for my dear Karen.

Hi friends, I am sorry I can't visit your blog these days as my internet quota has been over limit! *blush* This is the 3rd times I exceed my limit quota... and thank God my dear hubby is really understanding, he does not grumble nor complaint about this at all. He offered an unlimited internet service instead. *love you dear* So until the service is changed, I will have to control my internet usage tightly.

Anyway, I want to thank Uncle BokJae for helping me spreading the story about Yah and Wan to make it possible to get more people to pray for them. Thank you for Shinade, Karen and Janice for your prayer as well.

Yeah! I went to Bali and have a great time!

Well... I decided to post my story about Bali trip in food and city blog, will update it one day at a time... and here, I will post some reviews about what I found in Bali...

We stay at Febri's Hotel

This is our favourite hotel at Kuta. The family room is 52 meter square and has a large convenience bathroom. It's very clean, no mosquito at all... *grin*

We were 4 adults and 2 children, and it was still convenient to stay in one family room... the rate is also reasonable and it located in Jl.Kartika Plaza, Kuta, walking distance to Discovery Mall and Waterboom, and also ATM and Kuta Square. You can click a map location here.

We got breakfast from the hotel, for 2 adults and 2 children... so we bought Nasi Jenggo for my mom and her friend. Nasi Jenggo or Jenggo Rice was a cheap but delicious rice with a slight of noodle, veggie and chilly sauce. Jenggo was taken from chinese language means 1500 because the price was only 1500 rupiah (just a few cent dollar!). In old days, Jenggo rice was sold at night near Badung Traditional Market, jl. Gajah Mada, Denpasar Bali. The costumers of Jenggo Rice were people who work at Badung Traditional Market because the market wares arrived at night from Java. Now Jenggo Rice is wellknown and could be found almost everywhere, near hotels and especially at the beach.

My Vacation is coming!

Cool.... exciting.... can not wait! We will be on vacation just in 2 days to go! Here's what I have prepared..a check list! In fact, I am doing my luggage.. :-) I found some interesting site about travelling tips. All of us, 2 adults and 2 children will bring 2 normal size suitcases and 1 carry-on luggage. One bag will not be enough *big grin* my mom even told me to bring 3 suitcases! But I will try to do my best to bring only 2. But I learn some useful tips of packaging, what to pack and how to do it. I finally did the checklist things, with the handy help of some sites, Lara's list and a few adjustment.

One more thing, may be you want to travel without bag? This man is Anders Ansar, he thinks Traveling super light, without a bag, is a bold experiment. And may be you wanna try more extreme way like Eric? I am amazed and laugh when I see his pictures!

Anyway... here's my list... still need some adjustment a little bit.

This time I will have 2 servants stay at my house, so this is what I have to do before I leave.

• Make a list to tasks for my maids
• Make sure there's enough food supplies and vitamins for the maids
• Confirm airline tickets
• Lock the telephone.
• Pay all bills and due date creditcards
• Put valuable things in safe deposit box at the bank.
• Book the hotels and search the information about suggested restaurants and
• places to visit.
• charge the batteries (camera, handycams)

Most of the time I have no one stay at home, we all went for holidays.. for that case, here's the to do list:

• Set the timer for garden lights.
• Make sure the mails and newspapers will not arrive when we are not at home.
• Put off the gas connections.
• Empty all trash cans
• Empty the fridge, I usually give the food to my relatives or even my
• neigbour.
• confirm ailine tickets
• Find someone to water the garden
• Prepare some food and freeze them so we have a ready food to eat when we come back.
• Unplug all electronic devices.
• Pay all bills and due date creditcards

Packing:
our clothes (my hubby and me) for 5 days, each of us have:
1 jeans, 1 pants, 1 shorts, 1 beach pants, 5 shirts, 1 cap, 1 sandals, 1
walking shoes (with socks), 1 swimsuits, 1 pairs of pajamas, 1 light jacket
with hood. 5 underwears.sarung,

each kids:
2 pairs of sock, 5 underwears, 3 shorts, 2 trousers, 5 shirts, 3 pajamas, 2
jackets and with hood, 1 swimsuits, 1 cap, 2 long sleeves shirts, 1 sandals,
1 shoes, 1 google and swimming safety equiptment, Small towel
