May be diet and loose some weight is one of your new year resolutions... many people long for loosing their weight, and it is tough indeed! I loose my appetite to loose my weight already... hahaha... just protect myself from being pregnant again, do many activities around the house (pretty good when we have no maid hahaha) and take less food at meals...
To have a succesful diet, I think we need a diet plan. Yeah... may be we are sick of diet plan because we can't fulfill it... diet can be hard and tormenting ourselves for most of people! I am amazed to those who can be so strict and successful in following a low carbohydrate/calorie diet. If you experience all those things, me too... and of course we are not alone...
