The Proudest Moment in My Life

Everydayhealy tagged me to share the proudest moment in my life. I like this tag, thank you dear! Well I still can not decide what the proudest moment in my life is... I have 2 moments that make me so proud, may I share both of them? I just can't choose one of them!

The proudest moment in my life is my wedding day! I am so proud to be chosen by God to accompany this most eligible man in town. We certainly find that God has made us one in our marriage, as a soul mate, to grow together in knowing Him, to support each other to fulfill His will, to love and take care of one another to enjoy His blessings.
After 8 years of marriage now, we really can feel the heaven on earth. I just so proud, grateful and humbly take this beautiful blessings as a wonderful responsibility to maintain our commitment and keep on striving to seek His desire.

Today, I give you my hand,
with that my heart.
Today, I surrender to you,
please lead me to your soul.
From this day forward,
every ounce of your being is experienced by me.
Today, I marry my best friend.

If you notice that wedding dress, I designed it by myself. It is so similar with Julia Roberts' dress at My Best Friend's Wedding, my favorite movie!

Another proudest moment in my life is breastfeeding time! I agree that every woman will be very proud when they delivered their babies, but not all women do willing to breastfeed their babies! When Clay was a newly born baby I really want to breastfeed him exclusively but as a young new mom I didn't have any experience. I cried. I cried a lot and I did everything I could to be able to breastfeed him. But the more we were worried that we couldn't breastfeed our babies, the less milk we produced... and I only could breastfed Clay for 4 1/2 months, and has to stop because I was ill.

When Clifford was born, I was a mature mom... I didn't worry too much, though I prayed a lot before labor, asking God the opportunities to give the best to my baby. Thank God I could breastfeed Cliff exclusively for 6 months and continue to breastfeed him until a year.
For me, this is a great achievement and until now Cliff likes to lie down on my lap as he drinks his milk from his bottle, starring at me, touch my hair just like our best moments when he was a baby!

Please pass on this list:
1. Ehon's proudest moment is when he swept 5 out of 6 trophies at a State First Aid Competition.
2. Everyday Healy proudest moment is when she gave birth to Elizabeth.
3. Trinity's proudest moments are when she took a commitment to be married and also when she breastfed her babies.

And now I will pick my friends randomly to share their proudest moment:
1. Works for Mom
2. Sam - Acquire Wisdom
3. Livingsword and Chocolate girl
4. Anggie's Journel
5. Albie Wong

I agree with Amel's Realm.. You were so radiant and pretty at your wedding! I've never had a wedding yet, so I can't do that for my proud moment, nor breastfed, so that's out too, but I'll do your tag (along with rinnah's) ASAP! Tomorrow, perhaps? :-) Thanks for tagging!

Hi Trinity;

What a great looking couple!

And to think I thought that the sparkly eye you use for an avatar was not real! You must certainly have also been the most eligible woman in town. I’ll stop there or somebody may get the wrong idea…

Secret here..I also love the movie “My Best Friends Wedding”…Don’t tell anybody since I’m a guy (that’s guy not gay lol). Actually I love those kinds of movies, my wife and I watch them together (while eating great German chocolate, yes dark chocolate) and sometimes…I even cry…shhhh don’t tell anybody….Of course I also like Gladiator and other guy movies…

I think it is wonderful to read your excitement about being a wife and mother sharing those experiences with others is very enriching.

I thank you for the tag, I think I can have a lot f fun with this one, I’ll see if I can talk Chocolate Girl into this…you just never know….

Thanks Trinity
